Well it is quirky, at the core it's about fast paced micro, and I like that. Thankfully, the difficulty setting can be changed before each mission begins to get you through. You have an injection which can keep patients stable in the event of a mishap, but this game isn't easy - and you're going to kill of a few patients until you master the procedures. It's also pretty unforgiving if you make a mistake. Weavers missions, referred to as Z-Missions, are all-new and feature new twists on the gameplay not present in the DS game.
